Our personal coaching solutions in Cycling and Running are created for the driven athlete who trains independently with structure, guidance and sparring along the way. This service is the best solution for most bicycle riders, runners and triathletes. Athletes from other sports, wishing to supplement the specific technical training with targeted physical training, can also gain from following these programs: ie. boxing and martial arts, motorsports, racket sports and ball games.
Our popular Trainer Check Up is a solo 90 minutes session, where we form a clear overview of your situation; your needs, challenges, goals and limitations. You will receive implementable tips on how you can optimise your training and create change today, as well as recommendations for training plans, training courses and nutritional tips that can provide the developments you are striving for.
For athletes who want a personal training plan with structure and progression, but does not require monitoring or monthly adjustments.
