Our Pro plan is adjusted on an ongoing basis and is designed to meet your specific demands, goals and race program. The plan begins with an onboarding interview where you and your coach together will find the right solution for you. After this your training and nutrition plans are created.
We endeavour to deliver the personal plans within 48 hours of the onboarding interview.
Your personal training plan is created for a week to a month at a time, but is continuously adjusted to fit your development and race program. This is our recommended solution for professional athletes who need maximum flexibility, analysis and sparring.
Based on your goals, demands and development, a personal nutrition plan is designed based on an energy calculation that is calibrated towards your training plan, goals for body composition and race program. The nutrition plan is prepared for weeks to a month at a time, but is adjusted continuously as your energy demands and race program changes.
Coach analysis and sparring
Your coach will conduct analysis of your training and development twice a week, which forms the basis for the ongoing sparring sessions. Here we have the opportunity to really work in depth with performance and sports coaching.
