Our Basic Plan is adjusted quarterly and is designed to meet your specific demands, goals and level. The plan begins with an onboarding interview where you and your coach together will find the right solution for you. After this your training and nutrition plans are created.

We endeavour to deliver the personal plans within 48 hours of the onboarding interview.

Training plan

Your personal training plan is created for three months at a time. This course is a good solution for athletes new to  personal coaching. Throughout the plan you can shuffle training sessions in the easy to use digital platforms calendar function.


Based on your goals and demands, a personal nutrition plan is designed founded on an energy calculation that is calibrated towards your training plan and general activity level, as well as goals for body composition. The nutrition plan is designed for three months at a time.

Coach analysis and sparring

Your coach will conduct a monthly analysis of your training and development, which forms the basis for the included monthly sparring session. Here, there is also the opportunity to work in depth with performance topics other than training, as our coaches are experienced in sports- and performance coaching.

We use Trainingpeaks when sharing and monitoring training plans and include a premium subscription in this plan.
